Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions across various departments. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate offer. Collaborate with Business managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate database. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners. Analyse recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
