Dear Sir, We are hiring for the below role if interested please send me your update resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] Application and Planning Engineer Job Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to join our Application Engineering team.The Technical Engineer will be responsible for various firmware application engineering activities related to solution design, selection of controllers, programming / configuration of PLC controllers, DDC controllers, Protocol converters, etc., providing pre-sale technical support, participating in site surveys, providing inputs to software development team, verifying the developed software and participating in commissioning processes. You will gain valuable experience in the fields of Building Automation Systems, electrical, electronics, and mechanical control systems. Key Responsibilities: Support the pre-sale technical support activities, including generating IO summaries and controller selection for BMS and CPM/CPO projects. Prepare technical submittals for client proposals, including system designs, and MEP drawings. Conduct site surveys to assess existing systems, understand customer requirements, and gather necessary data for designing control systems. Programming and configuring Direct Digital Controllers (DDC) , Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Protocol Converters for automation systems and provide an interface to applications over standard protocols like BACnet/IP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems into larger automation solutions. Provide support for commissioning of DDC/PLC or Protocol converter systems, including system testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring the system meets design specifications. Support installation teams on-site and assist with troubleshooting, configuration, and system optimization during commissioning. Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, controllers, and software used in building automation Requirements Required Qualifications: Educational Background: M.E / M.Tech / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Required Skills: Hands-on experience with Electronics, Electrical systems, Circuit design (analog and digital) Experience with handling popular DDCs , PLCs, Protocol converters , control systems, networking, protocols like BACnet, Modbus, etc Desired: Knowledge of HVAC systems and Building Automation Systems I/O summary creation and controller selection for BMS applications. Prepare technical submittals to clients. Experience and willingness to assist in site surveys to understand customer needs and current system configurations. Exposure to commissioning activities, including testing and troubleshooting DDC/PLC systems. Experience with electrical drawings , control panel layouts , and system designs Good communication skills
