promoters across various retail outlets.
2. Collaborate closely with the clients regional sales and HR teams to understand hiring
requirements and expectations.
3. Use multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, referrals, and social media to build a
pipeline of candidates.
4. Conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates based on brand guidelines and job fit.
