Recruiting Coordinator - Interview Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and recruitment activities.
• Schedule interviews and support meeting coordination to ensure timely participation from all stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment process guidelines and maintain accurate records within the relevant systems.
• Assist in streamlining and enhancing recruitment operations through collaborative work on special projects.

Position Requirements

• Must be comfortable working night shift hours if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment support, administration, or customer service (Freshers are also encouraged to apply).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and following through on tasks.
