Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator & Telecaller to join our team at Mariya Industrial Training and Trading Centre. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, handling candidate communication, and ensuring smooth interview operations. This role involves a combination of administrative coordination, client interaction, and telecalling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates as per client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate trade tests, interviews, and selection processes.
• Maintain candidate databases and interview records accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments, training supervisors, and external clients.
• Support mobilization and documentation of selected candidates.

Telecalling:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates to explain job opportunities and collect required information.
• Follow up with candidates for interview attendance, document submission, and joining updates.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries regarding recruitment and training programs.
• Maintain call logs and daily reporting sheets.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
• Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, or coordination preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, Data entry).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
