As an Ops Sup Analyst 2 at our company, your role involves providing operations support services and serving as a liaison between different teams. Your main responsibilities will include: - Updating help content for Knowledge Hub end users to address client inquiries - Executing assigned work such as annual review certification and change requests - Acting as a liaison to the business by asking fact-finding questions, following up on open items, and assisting with content approval - Conducting needs assessments and developing content solutions based on business requirements - Researching and finding solutions to inquiries on help content and other business-related items - Monitoring work progression to ensure completion by requested due dates - Ensuring consistent application of team process controls In this role, it is essential for you to fulfill client needs while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will need to assess risks when making business decisions and comply with laws and regulations to safeguard Citigroup and its clients.
