Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Vaishnavi Tech Park, Sarjapur, Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Talent acquisition

Responsibilities:

• Manage interview schedule and coordinate with candidates and panel members.
• To assist in the full recruitment life cycle.
• Help provide excellent candidate experience Moderate debriefs and help note the observations
• Make process improvement recommendations Observe interview feedback and help with identifying gaps in the interview process if any
