Job Title: Sourcer

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Employment Type: Permanent Role (Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcer to join our recruitment team.
• This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in RPO or US Recruitment, who is passionate about talent sourcing and understands the nuances of the industry.
• The position does not require calling and is focused on high-volume profile sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source a minimum of 50 qualified profiles daily using various platforms (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn Lite, internal databases).
• Understand job requirements and industry trends to identify suitable candidates.
• Collaborate with and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with hiring needs.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Ensure timely delivery of sourced profiles with high accuracy and relevance.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in RPO or US Recruitment.

• Someone with BFSI recruitment experience.

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, job portals, etc.).
