Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Recruitment Assistant. The Recruitment Assistant will support hiring processes by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding procedures. Other responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, maintaining detailed records, and supporting the recruitment team in ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and maintaining organized records
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad full-time
• Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus
