Job Summary:

Recruitment Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment:

  Handle the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final selection.

• Talent Sourcing:

  Use job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract and source relevant candidates.

• Candidate Management:

  Maintain candidate pipelines, conduct follow-ups, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Interview Coordination:

  Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers across departments.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain recruitment trackers, update applicant records, and prepare hiring reports as needed.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on hiring status.

• TAT-Oriented Hiring:

  Focus on minimizing turnaround time (TAT) from sourcing to onboarding without compromising on quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple positions at a time under tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in hiring across diverse functions and levels
• Exposure to walk-ins, bulk hiring, or campus recruitment is a plus
• A quick learner with a “get-it-done” attitude
