Job Description

Coordinator - Recruitment Administration.Location: PuneWork Model: In Office

Shift: 24*5 with fixed weekends off.

Purpose and Position in Organisation

  • Data integrity and accuracy
  • Completion of tasks within agreed timescales or Service Levels
  • Compliance to policies, procedures, and ISO standards applicable to both client and AMS
  • Completion of mandatory trainings
  • Customer satisfaction/working within Service Levels
  • Requisition management & Interview scheduling
  • Offer Management & Helpdesk support

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for interview scheduling and requisitions management.
  • Coordinating closely with hiring managers for interview arrangements and communicating with recruiters via email and voice.
  • Managing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines.
  • Assist with helpdesk tasks, update the applicant tracking system, and start or verify pre-employment checks and references.
  • Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (e.g., PEs vendor), and other account stakeholders
  • Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
  • Management of day-to-day queries relating to their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
  • Fully utilizes technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team
