Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (recruitment, attrition, headcount, etc.)Prepare and maintain dashboards, HR MIS reports, and analytics on a weekly/monthly basisTrack key HR metrics such as employee engagement, hiring efficiency, and training impactSupport compensation analysis, workforce planning, and forecastingIdentify HR trends and provide actionable insights to improve talent strategiesEnsure HR data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacyAssist in audits, policy benchmarking, and preparation of HR presentationsCollaborate with HR Business Partners and recruitment teams to optimize HR strategiesQualifications & Skills:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in HR analytics or HR operations (healthcare experience preferred)Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsFamiliarity with HRIS systems (SAP, Zoho People, Workday, etc.)Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
