Job Description

Title: Team Lead - Life Science/Pharma

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: CST

highly skilled Team Lead

Requirements:

3–5+ years of recruiting experience in US Staffing
, specifically within
Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Clinical Research, or Life Sciences
environments.
2–3+ years of team leadership or lead recruiter experience
, with demonstrated success in managing recruiter performance and delivery.
Strong experience recruiting for roles such as
Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Validation, R&D, Pharmacovigilance
, and related positions.
Solid understanding of
FDA, GMP, GxP
, and other regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple client priorities, SLAs, and high-volume requisitions effectively.
