Job Description

Job Title: Recruiting Manager Location: Mohali Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment efficiency and quality Own employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice Optimize and oversee the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field 1+ years of experience in recruiting, including experience in a leadership or managerial role Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and selection methods Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation and benefits package A culture that values innovation, teamwork, and ownership Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: HR: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
