Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 5 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
- 3 years of experience influencing and managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of effectively setting a clear goal and strategy to drive impact in dynamic environments.
- Experience delivering in a complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environment and success in collaborating with and influencing executive leaders across strategy and execution.
- Experience in directly managing executive client relationships, fostering partnerships and ensuring consistent stakeholder management.
- Experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition organization for multi-region businesses, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and goal for the India Cloud Recruiting team, transforming that goal into reality.
- Foster a dynamic people-leadership role, nurturing the team's growth, and extending strategic and operational support to clients and the Cloud Recruiting team.
- Leverage data and market insights to influence and guide both your team and stakeholders, managing informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Google's executive leaders in various business units and across People Experience (PX) to comprehend and fulfill their talent requirements.
- Cultivate creative thinking and effective communication to convey ideas and strategies clearly. Implement appropriate client management and communication strategies, promoting accountability, operational excellence, and managing through effective leadership.
