Job Description

As the Recruiting Manager at Google, you will be responsible for shaping the overall strategy to hire exceptional talent across all business units within Google Cloud India. You will lead a team of Recruiting Leads, People Managers, and Individual Contributor (IC) Recruiters, ensuring that Cloud can identify, engage, and hire talent to meet planned and evolving demand across India locations. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy and goal for the India Cloud Recruiting team, turning that goal into reality. - Foster a dynamic people-leadership role, nurturing the team's growth, and providing strategic and operational support to clients and the Cloud Recruiting team. - Use data and market insights to influence and guide both your team and stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making. - Collaborate closely with Google's executive leaders in various business units and across People Experience (PX) to understand and meet their talent requirements. - Cultivate creative thinking and effective communication to clearly convey ideas and strategies, implementing appropriate client management and communication strategies to promote accountability, operational excellence, and effective leadership. Qualifications Required: - 10 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting. - 5 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role. - 3 years of experience in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: - 15 years of experience in people management, demonstrating a track record of effectively setting clear goals and strategies to drive impact in dynamic environments. - Experience delivering in a complex, multi-stakeholder matrixed environment and success in collaborating with and influencing executive leaders across strategy and execution. - Experience in managing executive client relationships, fostering partnerships, and ensuring consistent stakeholder management. - Experience within a recruitment or talent acquisition organization for multi-region businesses, understanding their unique needs and challenges.,
