Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern located in Indore. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. The role will include assisting in training and onboarding new hires, maintaining candidate databases, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Effective communication and collaboration with various team members and departments will be essential.

• Experience in Interviewing and Training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Some experience in a similar role or a relevant Human Resources internship is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
