Recruiter / process associate trainees

    Freshers and relevant experience up to 3 years

Eligibility

  • Education:

    Any Graduate/Diploma
  • Pass-out years:

    2023, 2024, 2025 (fresh graduates only); if experienced, up to 3 years
  • Age limit:

    20–25 years
  • Location constraint:

    Must be living within 10 km of Uppal; relocation/outstation not considered at this time
  • Languages:

    Hindi, English, Telugu (Marathi, Kannada, Tamil are an advantage)

  • Typing speed:

    >25 WPM

    Good verbal skills
  • Recruitment:

    Sourcing, cold calling, explaining job details, convincing, talent acquisition, coordination
  • Tools & campaigns:

    Mass mailing, social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn), ATS/CRM
  • Sales support:

    Cold calling, telecalling, lead qualification, inside sales, business process management
  • Staffing:

    Recruitment, talent pipeline management, head hunting, domestic

Compensation

  • During training/internship (3–6 months):

    12,000–15,000 per month (stipend/base pay noted as 10,000 in one place; 12k–15k stated)
  • Post-training (full-time salary):

    15,000–18,000 (Process Associate) / 15,000–20,000 (Recruiter with relevant experience)
  • Incentives:

    20,000–25,000 per month (performance-based)
  • Total take-home per month:

    25,000–40,000*

Core responsibilities

  • Outbound:

    Make 100+ calls daily to potential candidates
  • Screening:

    Conduct initial screening and interviews for Non-IT roles — Field Sales, Sales Support, Product and Service Sales roles across PAN India (25 states); fluency in Hindi is a must
  • Recruitment cycle:

    Manage end-to-end process (sourcing, scheduling, negotiation, onboarding)
  • Documentation:

    Maintain records in ATS/CRM systems
