We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for executing large-scale recruitment initiatives, managing high-volume candidate pipelines, and ensuring the timely placement of qualified candidates in various roles across the organization. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and expansion. 
  
  
     
Key Responsibilities:
   -    Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for various roles.
 
-    Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and campus recruitment, to identify and engage potential candidates.
 
-    Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with the team, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
 
-    Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for future hiring needs.
 
-    Collaboration: Work closely with the founder and the team to understand the hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment strategies.
 
-    Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting Zamp s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
 
-    Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
   -    2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization.    
-    Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates.    
-    Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.    
-    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.    
-    Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.    
-    A proactive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
