Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and managing the hiring process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with department heads and manage multiple recruitment tasks
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the debt management or financial services industry is a plus
