What You’ll Do

• Lead the

  end-to-end recruitment process

• Conduct

  to evaluate technical expertise, cultural fit, and career alignment.
• Build and nurture

  candidate relationships

  candidate experience

  from first contact to onboarding.
• Partner with

  hiring managers and leadership

  to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Utilize

  data and metrics

  to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve processes.

What You’ll Need

• 4+ years

  of experience as a

  full-cycle Recruiter

  within a

  product-based or SaaS environment

  .
• Proven success in

  technical recruiting

  across diverse engineering and technology roles.
• Strong ability to

  negotiate offers, benchmark compensation

  , and achieve strong retention post-hire.
• Excellent

  communication, relationship-building

  , and

  collaboration skills

  .
• Strong

  organizational and time management

  abilities with attention to confidentiality and detail.
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS platforms
