As a Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in Non-IT recruitment at MS Agarwal Foundries, your role will be crucial in strengthening the HR team. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, which involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and facilitating the selection process. - Ensuring the timely closure of open positions across various departments and organizational levels. - Demonstrating proficiency in maintaining daily MIS reports and recruitment trackers. - Managing candidate documentation meticulously and maintaining accurate and organized filing systems. - Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and internal HR tools for recruitment documentation and process automation.
