Are you a high-energy recruiter with a proven track record in Bulk Hiring for the Retail & Pharma sector? Apollo Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to drive our expansion across West Bengal. This is a critical role that requires continuous travel and a strong local network to acquire talent at speed and scale.

The Opportunity:

You will be the backbone of our talent acquisition strategy in West Bengal, responsible for ensuring all our new and existing retail outlets (especially in the medicine/pharmacy vertical) are fully staffed with quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Mass Hiring Strategy: Execute high-volume, bulk hiring drives for various retail and pharmacy roles across all districts of West Bengal.

Field Operations: Be open to continuous travel and field visits across the entire state to source, screen, and select candidates directly from the ground.

Niche Sourcing: Specialize in hiring for Medicine / Pharmacy roles (Pharmacists, Store Managers, Assistants, etc.) with a deep understanding of the industry's specific needs.

Network & Manpower: Leverage and grow your existing strong network of manpower and sourcing channels within the retail business throughout West Bengal.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with regional HR and Operations teams to forecast and fulfil hiring targets.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Field Recruiter or in a high-volume/bulk hiring role, ideally within the Retail or Pharma industry.

Strong knowledge of the local talent market and sourcing methodologies across West Bengal.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment lifecycle efficiently in a target-driven environment.
