Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Collection based in Jaipur. The General Manager Collection will oversee daily operations related to debt collection, manage a team of collection agents, develop strategies to improve collection rates, and maintain relationships with clients. The role includes setting performance targets, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and preparing regular reports on collection status and team performance.
