Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates, building strong client relationships, and driving successful recruitment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job descriptions and client expectations to identify the right talent.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments.
Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience recruiting for industries like healthcare, construction, hospitality, IT & Non IT.

Experience in Bulk Hiring will be an added advantage.
