Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be tasked with maintaining a candidate database, preparing job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and employer branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the service industry is a plus
