Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. The Recruiter will manage the entire recruiting life cycle from identifying potential hires to onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additional tasks include maintaining a database of candidate records, staying updated with current recruiting trends, and participating in job fairs and career events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates' qualifications effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hiring managers and candidates
• Proficiency in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
• Familiarity with current recruiting trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
