We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with at least 1.5 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms for end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment reports and pipelines for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT domains.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet tight deadlines.
