Key Responsibilities 🔹 Client Onboarding & Relationship Management Welcome and onboard new clients Collect required documentation (returns, EINs, legal docs) Set up clients in CRM, portals, and accounting systems Maintain regular, proactive client communication 🔹 Review & Quality Assurance Review monthly bookkeeping and reconcile reports Cross-check tax return drafts for completeness and accuracy Flag inconsistencies or missing data prior to CPA review 🔹 Workflow Coordination Assign and monitor tasks for bookkeeping/tax teams Track deliverables, ensure deadlines, and update clients Maintain internal trackers and status reports 🔹 Client Support & Satisfaction Address client queries and coordinate resolutions Escalate technical concerns to the CPA team Monitor client satisfaction and encourage feedback/referrals 🔹 Billing & Documentation Oversight Manage engagement letters, e-signatures, and consents Assist in invoice tracking and follow-ups Ensure all client records are complete and current 🧰 Tools You'll Use TaxDome (CRM & workflow) QuickBooks Online (Accounting) Drake Software (Tax review) OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Outlook Adobe Sign (e-signatures) ✅ Qualifications 4+ years in client services, bookkeeping, or tax operations Strong understanding of financial statements and tax forms (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and tech skills Experience with practice management software is a strong plus Show more Show less
