* Oversee daily production operations and ensure timely delivery
* Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently
* Handle labour allocation, attendance, and productivity
* Maintain production records and basic documentation
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
* Implement quality control and safety measures
* 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing setup
* Good understanding of stock and labour management
* Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry, etc.)
* Educational Qualification: Diploma or ITI preferred
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
