Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Belur. The Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage the production team. Responsibilities also include planning and coordinating production schedules, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing production operations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory compliance standards
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a production team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with wire harness and battery cable production is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
