Production Manager

As a Production Manager for Lithium-ion Battery at Li Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lithium-ion battery production process to ensure the company's objectives are met. Your role will involve managing a team of engineers and technicians to plan, procure, manufacture, and deliver batteries in line with customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure a deep understanding of production, quality control, and testing processes specific to Lithium-ion battery manufacturing. - Lead cross-functional teams, manage production schedules, and uphold international regulations and standards such as UL, UN, and IEC pertaining to Lithium-ion batteries. **Qualifications Required:** - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lithium-ion battery manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a production management capacity. - Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is advantageous. - Strong leadership qualities, decision-making abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement are essential for success in this role.
