Job Description : Responsible for overseeing the production process with a focus on fabric cutting according to outfit sizes and patterns. Ensures efficient fabric utilization, quality control, and timely coordination between design, sampling, and stitching teams to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise fabric cutting operations as per garment specifications and size sets. Plan and manage daily production schedules to optimize fabric use and reduce wastage. Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and quality teams to maintain accuracy and quality. Monitor production workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks. Maintain inventory of fabrics and cutting tools.
