Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Jamnagar . The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. They will manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying candidates to onboarding new hires. The Recruiter will also develop and maintain job descriptions, post job openings on various platforms, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to manage the recruitment process and onboard new hires
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and job posting platforms
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Facility Management industry is a plus
