2. Role Overview

You’ll own end-to-end non-IT hiring for roles across production, quality, logistics, supply chain, and support functions—delivering high volumes of talent on tight timelines. Your mission: design and execute scalable sourcing strategies, drive a smooth candidate experience, and partner with business leaders to fuel our growth.

3. Key Responsibilities

1. Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Alignment

   • Collaborate with department heads to map headcount plans, skill gaps, and hiring calendars • Translate operational needs into clear job specifications and hiring briefs

2. Strategic Sourcing & Outreach

   • Build talent pipelines via direct sourcing, social media, employee referrals, vendor partnerships, and field campaigns • Lead on-ground and virtual mass-hiring drives (walk-ins, pool campus, local outreach)

3. Screening & Selection

   • Conduct phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate fit on skills, culture, attendance norms, and safety compliance • Facilitate panel interviews, group assessments, and on-site tests for bulk cohorts

4. Candidate Experience & Onboarding

   • Ensure timely feedback loops and transparent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Partner with HR operations to streamline offer letters, background checks, medicals, and joining formalities

5. Process Improvement & Analytics

   • Track and optimize KPIs: Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-Acceptance Rate, and Quality-of-Hire • Maintain robust MIS dashboards, recruitment funnels, and weekly/monthly hiring reports

6. Vendor & Campus Relations

   • Manage vendor contracts, quality SLAs, and billing cycles • Cultivate relationships with local institutes, trade schools, and community organizations

5. Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven expertise in

  high-volume hiring

• Strong command over sourcing channels (job portals, WhatsApp groups, community drives)
• Excellent screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups) and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools
• Data-driven mind-set with a flair for storytelling through dashboards
• Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal communication

6. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
