Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Identify manpower requirements in coordination with operations and client sites.
  • Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and skill assessments for industrial/technical roles.
  • Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and background verification.
  • Maintain a strong database of skilled/unskilled manpower for quick deployment.

B. Industrial Requitement / Integrated Facility Management

  • Manage day-to-day facility services including housekeeping, security, technical staff, and utility operations.
  • Manage day-to-day Industrial services including ITI trade holder Welder / Machinist / CNC / VMC / Quality / Helper / Picker- Packer and Unskilled / Semi Skilled and Skilled staff and etc...
  • Deploy and monitor manpower as per client site requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (ESI, PF, labour laws).
  • Conduct site audits, prepare reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Handle client communication and resolve escalations effectively.

C. Employee Engagement & Administration

  • Address employee grievances and coordinate with HR for resolution.
  • Conduct training and induction sessions for new hires.
  • Track attendance, shift scheduling, and overtime management.
  • Assist in payroll inputs related to manpower deployed at sites.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of industrial recruitment processes.
  • Understanding of facility management operations in industrial/plant setup.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance, labour laws, and safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/FMS software (preferred).

4. Qualification & Experience

  • Under Graduate / Graduate / Industrial Relations (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial recruitment and/or facility management.
  • Exposure to manufacturing/industrial site operations will be an added advantage.

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Recruitment TAT (Time to Hire).
  • Manpower availability vs. requirement gap.
  • Client satisfaction score for IFMS & Industrial services.
  • Compliance adherence (100% statutory compliance).
