Role & responsibilities A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Identify manpower requirements in coordination with operations and client sites. Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and campus drives. Conduct screening, interviews, and skill assessments for industrial/technical roles. Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and background verification. Maintain a strong database of skilled/unskilled manpower for quick deployment. B. Industrial Requitement / Integrated Facility Management Manage day-to-day facility services including housekeeping, security, technical staff, and utility operations. Manage day-to-day Industrial services including ITI trade holder Welder / Machinist / CNC / VMC / Quality / Helper / Picker- Packer and Unskilled / Semi Skilled and Skilled staff and etc... Deploy and monitor manpower as per client site requirements. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (ESI, PF, labour laws). Conduct site audits, prepare reports, and ensure SLA compliance. Coordinate with vendors for supplies, equipment, and services. Handle client communication and resolve escalations effectively. C. Employee Engagement & Administration Address employee grievances and coordinate with HR for resolution. Conduct training and induction sessions for new hires. Track attendance, shift scheduling, and overtime management. Assist in payroll inputs related to manpower deployed at sites. 3. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of industrial recruitment processes. Understanding of facility management operations in industrial/plant setup. Familiarity with statutory compliance, labour laws, and safety practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/FMS software (preferred). 4. Qualification & Experience Under Graduate / Graduate / Industrial Relations (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in industrial recruitment and/or facility management. Exposure to manufacturing/industrial site operations will be an added advantage. 5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment TAT (Time to Hire). Manpower availability vs. requirement gap.
