You are invited to join us as an HR Recruiter for our in-house hiring process with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Located in Greater Noida, we are seeking a passionate individual who excels in sourcing top talent and enhancing the hiring experience through the utilization of AI tools. Your main responsibilities will include leading the full-cycle recruitment process which involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. You will be expected to make use of AI recruitment tools such as HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout, or similar platforms for resume screening, skills assessments, and communication evaluations. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting and posting engaging job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements, and managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate, proficient in ATS platforms and HR technology, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities.
