  • Position Title - HR Recruiter (On Contract) (Third Party)

  • Location – Bangalore
  • No of Position -1
  • Total Experience - 0 to 2 Years (MBA HR Fresher is also welcome)
  • Qualification - MBA

    (Full Time is compulsory)

  • Report to the Head-Talent Acquisition

  • Direct Reporting – Individual Contributor
  • Languages Known- English, Hindi
  • Industry- Any


Key roles and responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning:

    Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Job Portal posting:

    Write and update job descriptions and post them across various channels like job boards and social media.
  • Candidate sourcing:

    Find potential candidates through various sources, including professional networking sites and social media.
  • Screening and assessment:

    Review resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates and may conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Interview coordination:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate communication:

    Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, provide updates, and manage the offer and negotiation stages.
  • Hiring manager collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress.
  • Record-keeping:

    Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Onboarding:

    Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employer branding:

    Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's culture and values.

  • This is contract job for 6 Months only

  • Good Communication Skills & positive approach.
  • Hand On Experience in Job Portal is preferred.

  • Local Candidates are preferred
  • No Travel Reimbursement will be done.
