Recruiter (On Contract)

As an HR Recruiter at TTK Prestige Limited, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, starting from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Writing and updating job descriptions, posting them on various channels like job boards and social media. - Sourcing potential candidates through professional networking sites and social media. - Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, and managing offer and negotiation stages. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and providing recruitment progress updates. - Maintaining accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. - Contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's culture and values. Qualifications required for this position: - Total Experience: 0 to 2 years (MBA HR Fresher is also welcome) - Qualification: MBA (Full Time is compulsory) - Languages Known: English, Hindi Additional Details: This is a contract job for 6 months only on a Third-Party Rolls basis. Good communication skills, a positive approach, and hands-on experience in job portals are preferred. Local candidates are preferred, and there will be no travel reimbursement provided.
