Recruiter (Non IT)

As an HR Recruiter at KK HR Services, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process for client mandates. This includes sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and references. You will be required to screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews while coordinating with both clients and candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating recruitment databases and reports, as well as following up with candidates post-interview to ensure timely closures. Professional communication with clients and candidates is essential, along with providing support in other HR activities when required. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred) and possess 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a proactive and target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is required to effectively carry out the responsibilities. The salary range for this role is between 15,000 to 20,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance. The work location is in-person at our office in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad.
