Recruiter (Non IT)

As an HR Recruiter at KK HR Services, your role will involve handling the end-to-end recruitment process for client mandates. This includes sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, etc. You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with both clients and candidates. Additionally, you will maintain and update recruitment databases and reports, follow up with candidates post-interview, and ensure timely closures. It is important to maintain professional communication with both clients and candidates and provide support in other HR activities when required. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred), along with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a proactive and target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is also necessary. As a female HR Recruiter based in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, you will be the preferred candidate for this position. The job type is full-time and permanent, with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule will consist of day shifts with fixed timings, and the work location will be in person at the office.
