Desired Profile Any degree an MBA with 5 to 10 yrs of experience in recruitment for non IT positions Excellent communication skill and negotiation skill Good understanding of various position and market. Task oriented, Innovative and good at managing multiple projects NON IT industry (No IT or ITES or Generalist please) Industry - Should have experience working for Thermal Power plants or Logistics or Mining companies. Speaking in - Hindi and English is must, Telugu is a plus
