Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Attracting Talent:Identifying potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Screening and Selection:Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews (phone, in-person, or virtual), and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Building Relationships:Maintaining a network of potential candidates and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Onboarding:Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating orientation programs and providing necessary support.
• Staying Updated:Keeping abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements related to hiring.

Specific Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of the Footwear Industry:Understanding the different roles, skill sets, and manufacturing processes within the footwear industry.
• Recruitment Experience:Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills:Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and effectively manage relationships with candidates and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills:Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
