Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions. Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fitment. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidate progress. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, sales hiring, BFSI recruitment, or recruitment consulting. Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and industry trends. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
