Support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions across the organization, ensuring timely closure of requirements as per business needs.

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in understanding manpower requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with panel members.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.

Candidate Engagement

• Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and keep them engaged until onboarding.
• Assist in offer roll-out and Documentations process

Recruitment Operations

• Update and maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and timelines.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners when required.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
