Company Description Mittalics Non Ferrous is a recycling company based in New Delhi, India. The company is involved in importing, trading, and manufacturing non ferrous scrap materials like Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Zinc, etc. We supply these materials directly to manufacturers for final products. Mittalics Non Ferrous is a member of MRAI and BIR. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vivek Vihar for a Recruiter at Mittalics Non Ferrous. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. The role will involve conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Qualifications Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Knowledge of sourcing methods and recruiting tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in the manufacturing or recycling industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Show more Show less
