We're Hiring: HR Executive Bulk Hiring (BPO/KPO)
Location: Mohali
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Hike on last drawn salary
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Off
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Consultancy experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO/KPO positions (Voice, Non-Voice, Tech Support, etc.)
Manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus recruitment
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates via job portals, social media, and employee referrals
Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet hiring targets within deadlines
Ensure joining formalities and smooth onboarding of selected candidates
Track and report on hiring metrics and performance
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO/KPO
Strong communication & coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and high-volume recruitment
