Recruiter (IT)

This is an entry-level role suitable for individuals who are enthusiastic about the IT industry and recruitment. You will be an integral part of a dynamic recruitment team that is responsible for identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates in IT positions. Throughout your tenure, you will receive training on recruitment best practices and gain exposure to various IT-related job opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, identifying, and screening candidates for IT roles through platforms such as job portals and social media. You will play a key role in managing the recruitment process from posting job listings to coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will conduct initial candidate screenings, assess resumes, collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements, and maintain candidate databases while monitoring recruitment metrics. Furthermore, you will assist in crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies on different platforms, and building a robust candidate pipeline for future opportunities. The ideal candidate for this position would be a recent MBA graduate or a graduate from any field, with an IT background being advantageous but not mandatory. It is essential to possess a keen interest in recruitment and the IT industry along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow within the recruitment domain, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment are key requirements.
