Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles.
• Handle client coordination, requirement understanding, and feedback management.
• Source candidates through job portals, networking, and social media.
• Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate fitment.
• Maintain daily reports and ensure timely closures.
• Build strong relationships with clients like

• Handle Bulk Recruitment Drives

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Good understanding of hiring processes and sourcing tools.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
